The layout is organized around generous living spaces, shaded terraces, a pooldeck and integrated service areas. Large openings, timber elements and pergola structures create a natural transition between inside and outside, while the architecture remains clean, restrained and functional.
The design focuses on privacy, shade, outdoor comfort and the relaxed rhythm of Caribbean family living.
